abstract: yoga for pregnant woman

Yoga is a millenary exercise physical, mental and spiritual that can be realized for pregnant women to prepare the mother for the childbirth

Purpose: to tackle several advantages, that yoga have for a pregnant woman, because yoga like all exercises had many advantages, but yoga for pregnant woman is special because is able to relax and to develop flexibility, strong and balance

Methods: research information, consult with pregnancy women that practice yoga and with specialist.

Results: to practice yoga every day after first trimester is ideal, but two days a week are enough for a mother with little time or some few physical problems
A yoga class includes breathing exercises, meditation and exercises to eliminate pregnancy bothers and you need a yoga rug, water and desires of do it
To practice yoga during pregnancy has contraindications, this are if you have a multiple pregnancy, premature birth, detachment of placenta and haemorrhage principally
Yoga had many asanas, the most recommendable are the cat pose, the butterfly pose and squat pose because this poses develop especially the flexibility and that is important to have a good childbirth

With all these precedents I can conclude yoga for pregnant woman is a very good option because is an integral practice for a mother and his baby, because shi is not alone, she is two persons in one, beside yoga helps to have a better childbirth, with less pain and a fast recovery of the mother post childbirth.

ooooooommmm~ ooooom~ yoga for pregnants :3

Today I m going to write about yoga for pregnancy
Yoga possesses many poses, which must be realized carefully and breathing slowly, the most important aspect of yoga is that it prepares the mother physics and mentally for the childbirth
Something of the advantages of practice yoga during pregnancy is to develop the flexibility, aspect very important to have a painless`s childbirth.
Although many types of yoga are appropriate during pregnancy are necessary that the mother consults with the doctor to make of this one a pleasing and safe experience,
If you are not accustomed to do yoga or some one another exercise your beginning must be soft and relaxed.
For me, yoga is great, no only a practice but a way of life with countless advantages :3

who are I? I m Nemfis, a very queer person, really : D
i ll tell you all that you maybe dont want hear and  i too say many, really really many lots of fools but what want that  i do? I m a very happy person (and queer xD) and like a happy person i do many things.
i love fish, but not dead fish because i prefer see them swimming and  i love when i came home and they rise and gather in crowds : D
