Results: to practice yoga every day after first trimester is ideal, but two days a week are enough for a mother with little time or some few physical problems
A yoga class includes breathing exercises, meditation and exercises to eliminate pregnancy bothers and you need a yoga rug, water and desires of do it
To practice yoga during pregnancy has contraindications, this are if you have a multiple pregnancy, premature birth, detachment of placenta and haemorrhage principally
Yoga had many asanas, the most recommendable are the cat pose, the butterfly pose and squat pose because this poses develop especially the flexibility and that is important to have a good childbirth
With all these precedents I can conclude yoga for pregnant woman is a very good option because is an integral practice for a mother and his baby, because shi is not alone, she is two persons in one, beside yoga helps to have a better childbirth, with less pain and a fast recovery of the mother post childbirth.
